Over the years, I’ve focused on employee relations, management support, payroll, recruitment, and improving internal processes. I’m also an active SHRM member and genuinely love what I do—helping both employees and leadership thrive.

When I’m not working, I’m usually out camping with my husband Dave and our dog Bingo, as well as trying out new cuisines wherever we go.

Outside of work, I’ve been married for 19 years and am a proud dad to two great kids. When I’m not with my family, you’ll usually find me out on the road—I ride Harleys and own two of them. For me, it’s not just about the ride; it’s about the freedom, discipline, and passion that come with it—values I bring to everything I do.

Outside of work, I actively support charitable initiatives in my community and have been recognized with two awards from the US Army for my volunteer repair. In my free time, I enjoy antiquing and spending time with my two beloved dogs.

Over the years, I’ve grown into my current role as Senior Customer Account Coordinator while continuing to handle night and weekend dispatching. I began my journey at the Grantville location, spent two years at our Atlanta location, and have since returned to Grantville.

Outside of work, I’ve been with my husband for 26 years, and we’ve been married for 20. We have three sons, three grandsons, and a wonderful daughter-in-law, along with a house full of Rottweilers. In my spare time, I enjoy baking, reading, and—most of all—spending time with my grandbabies and family.

As President and CEO of Fleet Repair Solutions, I have three primary responsibilities:

• Foster and sustain a person-centered philosophy throughout the company for all players;
• Develop an inclusive and creative culture that demands innovation and constant improvement; and
• Aggressively research and pioneer new techniques and technologies to improve operations, providing the best repair and pricing for our customers.

I began my career as an Aircraft Structural Maintenance technician with the U.S. Air Force. After eight years of service, I was honorably discharged with commendations. During my time in the Air Force, I earned an Associate of Science in Aerospace Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Biology. I later continued my education in a Master of Science program in Biology.

I joined the Fleet Repair Solutions team as a trailer technician. At the time, I thought the job would be temporary, but I quickly realized the potential and exciting opportunity in front of me. I assumed full ownership of FRS in 2012, and the business has grown every year since.

Integrity, Service, and Excellence are Fleet Repair Solutions’ core values and the foundation of our Mission Statement for the company.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking, and riding my motorcycle. I also serve as Treasurer of the Appalachian Audubon Society. Originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, I now live in Harrisburg, though I travel often and can frequently be found throughout the U.S., especially in Georgia and Texas.

One of my greatest accomplishments is building the Fleet Team and continuing to bring exceptional people together with a common goal. I’m grateful to my team for their dedication and loyalty to one another.
